ISSC 2018 Registration

Attendees of the ISSC 2018 conference will be required to register online for the conference. This year we have worked hard to keep the prices low and value for money. All registrations cover attendance to all sessions, refreshments, lunches and conference banquet. Additional banquet tickets can be purchased as required.

Registration for paper submission is through Queen's University own registration system where you will be prompted to setup an account. Registration of attendance and payment is via this site at the link below, in the payment methods section.

At least one author of each published paper must pay the registration and attend ISSC 2018 in order to present the paper/poster. Failure to register for the conference by the above date may result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings. Failure to present the paper at the conference may also result in the paper being removed from the IEEE online database. The ISSC 2018 online registration must be completed along with the final camera ready paper.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration should be made in writing before the 30th May 2018 to the ISSC 2018 Conference Secretariat:

or by email to An administration fee of 30% will apply to registration cancellations received on/before 30th of May 2018.

No refunds can be made for any cancellations received after 30th of May 2018. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague and an administration fee of GBP25 will apply. All refunds due will be processed after the conference.

Cancellations must be received in writing by the conference secretariat by the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.
